Hi, my name is Andy and I am a first-generation Christian of 20 years. I worship at Woodlands Evangelical Free Church. As a millennial, I am concerned about the future of Singapore's churches and am passionate about capacity building for churches.
I am married for 10 years to my lovely wife Sherilyn, and we have a cat named Patches. Sherilyn is trained in the PROSCI change management course.
As a Teacher-Leader, I have led staff development initiatives at different levels, from school to national platforms. I was part of the School Management Committee, where I learnt about organisational development and change management principles. I also led project teams and a Network Learning Committee across schools.
As a Teaching Fellow, I design curriculum for student-teachers and mentor before and during their practicum phase.
As a former church Elder, I led the Missions Board, worked on various missions initiatives, pioneered church initiatives, and was involved in conflict management.
I am currently studying at Biblical Graduate School of Theology and will be taking courses on change management from the Harvard School for Business (Online) and the Civil Service College.

Why pro-bono?
During this season of my ministry, I believe in blessing churches as the Lord has already blessed through my marketplace work. I hope to build an informal network where churches can share and learn best practices from each other.
For more specialised consultancy, churches should approach Churchlife Resources and Gracework for the professional work that they offer.
